57 targets last season, but 39 of those came in games 1-8. Just 3 games in that stretch where he caught 50% or less; Caught 3 of 7 v. PHI, 1 of 4 v. DAL and 1 of 2 v. KC.
You could tell he really fell out of favor afterwards, getting 2, 1, 3, 2. 0, 1, 1, 7 targets the last 8 games, and that last one was a real stinker catching just 2 of those 7 targets against Detroilet. His Catch% is the one stat he really needs to bring up and everything else will fall into place, ie: TDs, 1D, Y/G, Total Yds, etc.
Catch% stat are his poorest numbers. Figure, with just the first 8 games 2019, it was right in line with what Davante did in his first 2 years. I think it was smart to give MVS another year, and trust in EQ coming back strong for 2020 after the ankle. Both. EQ and MVS had explosive numbers in Y/R at 15.6 or greater. Not much to go on, but we didn't have much with other household names at WR in GB until after year 3 or later.
Both MVS and EQ bring size to the position, but MVS really brings some unmatched speed for that sized player at WR. Could be a monster season for him with the right development program. Hoping for the best.
The Detroit game was when Lazard stepped up big time, helped win the game, and began seizing the #2 spot. But MVS can help this team if he takes advantage of his opportunities.

The Packers have never had a WR who was this big and this fast.

Too bad big and fast doesn't equate to realky good. In his case it certainly doesn't!

And why should LH get a down vote for that comment?
