Rabach Now Veteran Anchor of Redskins Line

Washington Redskins center Casey Rabach, who turns 33 later this year, is now the veteran anchor of the offensive line. Barry Svrluga of the Washington Post writes that with a new offensive line coach and blocking system, Rabach has done some teaching this off-season.

"The past couple years, I've tried to help as much as I could help if anybody ever had a question," Rabach said. "I'm never going to change that. This year, with new guys and the bigger turnover, I'm answering a few more questions here and there.

"But what I try to do each and every day is just come out and set an example of how I work. I'm not a rah-rah guy by any means. I just come out and work every day to try to improve the things that I need to improve upon, and hopefully if I work hard, they'll follow."
