No question rap still sucks (at least for my generation) - no matter who is performing.

Well, Lawrence Welk wasn’t available. Because he’s dead.

I couldn't understand a word of that yelling gibberish, nor do I want to. It probably was vulgar anyway. That halftime was one great chance to go the bathroom, get some eats, open some beers, and hope that it was over when you got back. That show was absolute garbage, the worst ever for a S.B. When a show turns into a political statement, that's not entertainment!

Thank you Harleycops.
After spending nearly my entire career as a fed agent, I must agree with Martin Luther when he said, it is neither right or safe to violate your conscience. Therefore, despite their talents, I refused to watch the halftime celebration in opposition of their glorification of behavior which promotes violence against the police, women, etc. I feel like Yosemite Sam, but when should this ever be promoted/celebrated…

As someone in his mid-50s, I was surprised how much I enjoyed the halftime show. Maybe it was because we got a break from the cameras showing Kelly Stafford every two minutes. Not sure. But I agree the staging was terrific! Being from Michigan, I have to give it up to our boy Eminem. I don’t know what drugs Kendrick Lamar was on but he obviously was trippin’ somewhere other than on the field. Either that or he was speaking a foreign language. Maybe it was both. Loved seeing the Bengals rookie kicker come out early to watch the show! Wonder if Zac Taylor knew he was out there? But please no 40+ boy bands. Those guys are just embarrassing to watch. Over-the-hill and “boy band” just don’t go together. How about some real music - classic rock!
Nice review of the half time show! But seriously… no aging boy bands.

Do I have to give them a grade of incomplete because I couldn't understand any of the words?
Perhaps it's because I'm at least one or two generations older.
With few exceptions of the games that I have attended over the years, my favorite part of the entertainment other than the game is seeing the jets fly over.
