Not will I. Nor will virtually everyone be afterwards. If that’s more than posturing, Murphy is the problem. Wolf and TT would have faced reality, however unpleasant.

Mark Murphy just saying what he thinks Packer Fans want to hear... Likely most casual Packers Fans want AR back too, but those who have a clue about our Cap situation are likely more realistic...

I would seriously be disappointed if Gutey and Ball are wasting too much time trying to find a way to bring back AR when we have a guy we traded up in the 1st round to get waiting in the wings.

Trade AR for all you can get and press the % on...

I’m not sure that most do based upon what I hear.

Posturing was the first word that came to mind, let's hope so.

Am I on your mind the minute you wake up in the morning? The last thing when you go to bed? I had no idea I had such a profound effect on your life. Is your wife aware of this bizarre obsession you have for another man? If mentioning me every time you post on here gives you some weird pleasure, then by all means, carry on.

I want $50 mil a year...

Think Mark Murphy and I are both likely to be disappointed...

Just saying.

While we all have to guess at the positions of most need before all the dominoes fall, you can make some guesses.

Predicted positions of greatest need Edge, WR.

Why ? Because of the probable loss of Adams, Cobb and possibly other receivers. Why Edge ? Because of the likely loss of Zadarius Smith and Preston Smith. there needs to be a high quality partner to Gary.

Next positions of need TE, DL. Why ? Clark cannot hold the line by himself. The Packers need one more quality DL to help him out. The TE need is obvious. Tonyan is injured and there are questions as to whether he can be afforded. Sternberger never worked out and Lewis might be retired.

Other needs might become apparent, depending on what the Packers do. If Campbell is gone another ILB is needed. If Rogers is gone we have a guy in place, so we will see what Love has to offer (a modest priced vet QB is possible here). Losing King and (if it happens) Douglas, will mean a CB is needed.

What does all this tell us. Answer, it is too soon to be certain of anything. I will say that the depth this year in TE, Edge and WR feeds in nicely to what the Packers probably need.

Z and P Smith are OLBers... (Not DEs...) Although we need DEs too... Kenny Clark is a DE in the 3 - 4 or NT, depending on who is on the field with him... But, I agree with you... ; )

This kind of pisses me off.

Why the % did you draft JLO if you're going to give AR a "Monster" deal? WT%?

Maybe they've found a loop hole to exploit in the Cap Situation I don't know about, but this just seems stupid to me.

I really wish you would look at Finleys stats before you wish our TE matched up to him. His 6 years with Green Bay weren’t very good.

He averaged only 3 touchdowns a year. Game average was 39 yards. Catches 3 per game. 464 yards per year average.
