The next time he tells any one who he wants on the team to accomodate him the follow up questions have to be: What will you do to help the team with its sal-cap situation? What will you get the ones you want to do to help with the sal-cap? And who do you want or are willing to see gone?

Aaron isn't likely to have any answers to those questions and if he does it's going to make him very unpopular with many of his fellow players.

Murphy and Gutey need to tell him answer those questions or shut the hell up.
