Yep, give Jordan Love, Josh Jacobs, Romeo Doubs and the rest of the offensive crew their due when they somehow were able to overcome that Dallas Doomsday defense -- the same defense that held Russ Wilson and the vaunted NY Giants offense to 450 yards passing to a mere 37 points 2 weeks ago -- ya know before the Giants benched Russ.

Because by focusing on giving the offense their due, this week, it is much easier to avoid giving Head coach Matty LaFleur his due or everyone associated with that defensive performance their due ... not to mention Richie Bisaccia and his Special, Special, Special Teams that surely deserve their due, no?

Yea, i'm with you about Dallas's defense.
I don't mind giving players their due, but this season is a bit different.

This season i'm saying "show me" "It's time" "Win something"

I've said it before and i'll bring it up again, i firmly believe this is a very, very important season for Gute and MLF and their future concerning the Green Bay Packers.

Special teams are great. We tied the game without getting it blocked..I would say. WOW…

We gave up two long returns and McManus making tackles.

Just like last week long returned after we kicked off….its more than block kicks.

We should have blown them out 40-18

Why do you move a pro bowl guard to center?

Folks we are lucky commanders missed two field goals

Would be 1-3.

"Why do you move a pro bowl guard to center?"

Good question.....
I've asked that a number of times, don't fix what isn't broke.

MM and MLF both ended up having the same problem.
Reliance on inexperienced players, and a defensive scheme
that does not always put players in the best position to succeed.
Remember how many were unable
to practice during training camp?
We let guys go because Gute refused to sign.
Myer and NT Slatin- even Wilson.

It's the same thing with the OL.
Jenkins has been worse than Myer at center.
And instead of drafting a CB and letting Alexander go.
Gute over-pays the hype.
We still have to rely on rookies moving all over the OL.
Can we just admit that it might just not be the Head Coach.

They gave Slaton's money to Banks to play guard. Wooden has about the same production as Slaton for less salary. Myers and Jenkins is a wash. Jenkins doesn't seem to be 100% healthy and losing reps in Summer Session doesn't help. He has poor technique at a position he doesn't really want to play.

It seems like just last week when you were certain the problem was that you couldn't trust Jordan Love.

Different week, different opportunity to blame another person you don't like.

The seeds of suggestion, had nothing
to do with "don't like."

If you don't win.
Someone is too blame.

A Qb must know where to go with the football-

So, someone posed an interesting question......

"Does anyone have any stats on how many head coaches won their first Super Bowl in year seven, or eight?" - SinceLombardi
********
Well, i'll just pull up recent Packer history, because it's what i know.

Mike Holmgren was in his 5th year as Packer head coach, winning the SB

Mike McCarthy was in his 5th year as Packer head coach, winning the SB.
*******
General Managers.........

Ron Wolf was in his 5th season of building rosters for the GBP's, when his team won the SB.

Ted Thompson was in his 6th season of building rosters for the GBP's, when his team won the SB.
*********
Some might be interested in that, some may not care at all.

Green Bay Packer football, SB's and Championships will interest me to my last breath because......
I'm a Packer Fan 4 Life.

After week 2, i think most Packer fans had a Championship mindset on this seasons Packers.

That seems have taken quite the 180 in weeks 3 and 4.

The big question we (i) have right now.....

Is this team a contender, or a pretender?

One thing is certain.
We're damn sure gonna find out.

The Gadget plays last night . Dumb Dumb Dumb

Stop the cute crap

Wicks gets open

Doubs does

Kraft does

Golden does

Heatlh does

Save your gadget plays

2-1-1 is really. 2-2.

Does Musgrave play

It’s starting to remind me of Rogers and McCarthy at the end. We loose to Arizona Cardinals at home , this game all most had the same feeling.

The players didn’t quit, some got burned alor but didn’t quit

Ever since MLF told Hobbs to settle down in traing camp and was playing good and aggressive not the same since.,.

When Wyatt went out things changed

Walker Jenkins Tom Rhyan Morgan or Kinnard

(reposting from Pack-A-Day article since nobody listened to that! :) )
After the first 2 games I thought MLF finally showed that he could improve this team. Then the last 2 weeks happened. Andy - you called the blocked pat 'unforgiveable'. Their recent history is keeping bad coaches around much too long. You think Lombardi would have done that?

Who is to blame? And what should the Packers do about it?

My gauge is pointing back to MLF not being the guy. After the first 2 weeks, I thought he has grown. I don't care if he is a good coach. We need a better one.

This is Hafley's first fail of the season. After the the previous games, he gets some leeway. But it would be nice to hear his explanation.

Hafley needs to hold a presser and explain what happened.
