I just hope no one gets hurt, in this meaningless game. Look for the lions to put a scare into Packers fans, but in the end the Packers pull out the victory, 24-21.

I'm excited to watch every Packer game, especially on those rare occasions when I can do it in Lambeau Field.

I'll be watching this one at home about 8 feet from the TV and I fully expect the Packers to come out firing and playing hard against a less talented, but feisty Lions team. I disagree with Ken who is predicting that the Packers will lose this game.

My uneducated guess for a score is Packers 31 and Lions 13.

This is an odd game to predict as a Green & Gold fan. Of course we all want the Pack to win even if it’s only a single point. I think the real question is; What will the Lions do, are they going to bring the house or are they just going to show up?

Some of the Lion’s players will just want the clock to run out so they can clear their locker for the year while some of them are looking to pad their own personal numbers whether it’s to keep their job or just for any monetary incentive they may have. This especially holds true on the coaching staff. Beating the Packers may be enough to save a few of their jobs.

Corry wrote in a previous article, “Keep your foot on the gas.” And while I agree with it, that doesn’t mean we need to use the entire gas tank, we only need enough to get a “W”.

With the above in mind I think the story of the Lion’s intent and efforts will play out in the 2nd and 3rd quarter.

For once there will be no gasping for air or nail biting after the second two-minute warning.

A win would be nice. Would like Jordan Love to show us some real progress. Finally and most important, NO INJURIES.

Packers come out and try to run up by 3 scores at half so they can hand it over to the youngsters.
