I sure hope the players are not taking the Lions lightly, If they are they lose but the feeling is the Packers win so lets hope the feelings are right.

I'm not going to make a prediction but hardly think the Packers are going to take the Lions lightly, the Lions have beaten them two times in a row & have a serious chance to go to the playoffs. This will be the final game of the season @ Lambeau no matter what happens so I doubt Rodgers & company are going to wait around for the Lions to screw up & lose the game.

First game was in Detroit. Doubs out after the first play, Watson out at the beginning of the 3rd quarter, Bahk out for an extended period of time, lose Gary & Stokes . Receivers are Lazard, Sammy, Toure and Amari. Rodgers throws 3 interceptions, two in the end zone and the 3rd in the red zone on 2nd down after an interception by Ja. The Packers dominated that game yet the Lions win 15-9, now the Packers need to win to get in.

If what we have seen over the last few weeks is real, the Packers win this going away. they are the better team. Go Pack Go!!!!!

It’s a playoff game. I want to see a MLF team not crumble when something goes wrong.

Things did go wrong and he not only crumble but he got poopy in his pants. Cut his own throat by going for it on 4th and 1 deep in his own end of the field early in a must win game.

Like everyone else I think that the Packers will win. And I'm not worried about it, for a simple reason: For the Packers to have a chance of winning the Superbowl this year, they have to first win the next four games against very good teams. If they aren't good enough as a team to (theoretically) defeat every other team in the NFL, then they don't deserve to win the Superbowl. And frankly the Lions don't measure up. The Lions are much improved, and deserve credit for that. But there are lots of other teams better than the Lions, and there's no chance that the Lions could make any serious inroads in the playoffs if they were to sneak in. All of which is a roundabout way of saying that for the Packers to lose to the Lions would mean that the Packers deserved to miss the playoffs. If the Packers can't beat the Lions, then the Packers would have had no chance at a deep playoff run, much less winning the Superbowl.

It's not impossible, but it would take a very large fluke for the Lions to win, so I intend to sit back and enjoy the game. Then the Packers can advance to more serious competition.

I hope the Ken Lass "Constanza" method is finally broken!

Lots of excellent points thus far this morning.

Once again all the motivation in the world is there for the Packer's taking, with the last Detroit game having to be the greatest factor. So as we know if they show up and play as The Vikings game proves, we win and can dominate. I must admit that game left me hopeless and wishing for a top 5 pick, but I love this more! They responded and even adjusted making progress by actually playing the better player along the way .Special teams and the new guys have changed the outlook and draft for next year dramatically imo Not sure about the coaching but we will surely find out about that tonight!

On to today and let's kick their ass. Vikings first now Detroit. GPG

Packers finish their regular season by running the table, in the regular season, versus Detroit. Then we run a new table, in the playoffs. Packers win big 31-17, GO PACK, GO!!!

Lions field a better offense than the Packers- Lions offense in almost all majors statistics is top 5, Packers are middle-sitters in most all offensive stats, but the Packers field a much better defense than the Lions who are near or at the bottom of almost all defensive stats.

What concerns me more than anything is that the Packers offense has struggled to maintain any real consistency and has even struggled against poor defenses.

This game is going to come down to the Packers defense stopping the Lions offense. If it turns into an offensive boat race, it could be dangerous territory for the Packers.

Did MLF get outcoached? Or Did Rodgers?

I guess either way, it's MLF at the end of the day, but like I always say.. there isn't a HC in the NFL that can control the Rodgers monster except perhaps Belichik, and frankly, he'd probably bench Rodgers after he pulled some Rodgers-esque stunts on the field.
