Over the last 4 games Jordan Love has thrown 4 TDs and thrown 5 interceptions and has a passer rating of 86.5.
Over the last 4 games Aaron Rodgers has thrown 7 TDs and thrown 0 interceptions and has a passer rating of 102.9.
Set aside the NFL/Packers media propaganda and hysteria and let those facts settle in when watching and analyzing today's game
Gutey’s “special” piece of work drafting all of college football’s leader in interceptions in April of 2020 and then fooling with an NFL of Fame destined receiver in his prime stopped the Packers from going to Super Bowls - that is without a doubt.
Jordan Love, has now thrown interceptions in 8 consecutive games – this is the most consecutive games since Irv Comp in 1944 – 80 years ago.
Overall Jordan has thrown interceptions in 9 consecutive games when one includes the debacle against the 49ers.
Jordan leads the entire NFL in interceptions, even though he has played 2 less games than his QB starter peers and Jordan’s interception percentage per pass attempt at 4.2% is only better than Wil Levis and Anthony Richardson.
Last year Jordan finished the season 26th in passing accuracy (completion percentage) – this year Jordan is even worst at 31st.
Can the Packers even beat a very short handed, decimated 49ers team - at home at Lambeau - with the impulsive contrarian Gutey and his prize Jordan at QB?
With an MVP QB this Packer team is 9 wins and 1 loss right now and finishes at 14-3.
With Jordan?
How can the Packers possible lose today to this injury decimated 49er team?
Should not happen.
I pick the Packers to win today and Lafleur to game plan as he did last week – 43 runs and 18 passing plays (which includes the 1 sack) with Jordan throwing just one pass over 20 air yards.
If we lose the primary reason will be Jordan trying to make some throw that he is physically and mentally incapable of – too slow releasing the ball, not enough arm strength and poor fundamentals – or making a bone headed situationally unaware throw.

So, what do we have today.....
Packers at home against the flailing 49ers.
The 9er's without Williams, Purdy, and Bosa
Lay the points and put some extra Xmas cash in your wallet.
You're welcome.

Can't argue with that drive...7 minutes off the clock. Overcome a red zone penalty. Put up 7 against a team that's already fighting uphill against injuries.
If only the Vikings would've finished the choke....

Such is the enigma of Watson. Makes an incredible diving catch one game and misses an easy catch the next. I was a big proponent of Watson getting drafted and he clearly has the talent to be a great receiver, until he doesn't.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little concerned.
Brandon Allen career stats: 149/263...56%...6.1...10 TDS/6 INTs...78.0 rating
Brandon Allen this game: 10/13...77%...7.2...1 TD/0 INT...122.0 rating
SF gets the ball to open the 2nd half. Don't let this guy get confident.

That was a huge defensive stop. To give up a TD at the end of the 1st half, then give up another to open the 2nd would have completely turned this game around. Time to take care of business

November 24, 2024 at 08:45 pm
Well, you really doubled down on my statement. Congrats, you never watched him play in college and don't know the situation. It was only in his final year that he threw a crazy amount of picks (17), which was more than half of his entire 3-year career total number of picks. a three year career with 60 TDs to 27 INTs. Over 8,500 yards passing.
Take a look at 2018 season.. Monster season.

Let's be real here. I've been a Love fan since he's been drafted. But it's time for him to step up and close this game out. 9/19 for 108 yards through almost 3 1/2 quarters against an injury depleted SF squad at home? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he's completed 1 pass in the 2nd half. That's concerning.

Packerpasty
November 24, 2024 at 07:03 pm
well he also could have been picked a couple of times too but I like MLF actually sticking with the run..and why dont the Packers have any shorter slant plays? Or am I just missing when they run them...
