This is a strong group of players. Jones is a great piece for a offense to use. He is at his best when they focus on getting him in mismatches. Williams is tough and a great pass protecter. Dillion gets to learn and will have time to get ready for the cold weather. He is such a big physical back he is perfect for the cold weather. Ervin gives you huge value in special teams, but LaFluer showed getting Ervin in space was dangerous. The other backs need to improve before they can be counted on.
