The folks at New Era passed along a unique look at this year's Green Bay Packers draft hats that players will be handed as they walk up on stage at Radio City Music Hall starting on Thursday.

The 2014 draft cap collection includes reflective material on the cap's visor that when exposed to a camera phone flash, reveals a mosaic of team word marks and logos.
