That's because he was never coming. Last year, this year, same ole story, they never make it to Green Bay. Instead Thompson has managed to sign nothing but players that actually played on the 25th ranked defense. 35 million and other than Shields Thompson has done nothing.
Bears got better, so did the Lions and Vikings but Thompson hasn't improved the Packers a bit. Like the saying goes, "If nothing changes, nothing changes". Every player with a so called scheduled visit that wasn't a Packer, never makes it. Well other than Daniels and he left without a contract.
