Report: Packers Have CB Brandon Dixon in for Pre-Draft Visit
The Green Bay Packers had Northwest Missouri State cornerback Brandon Dixon in for a pre-draft visit on Monday, according to Damond Talbot of NFLDraftDiamonds.com.
Dixon was invited to the NFL Combine in February and ran an impressive 4.41 seconds in the 40-yard dash but displayed very raw footwork in on-field drills. He was also invited to the NFL Collegiate Bowl.
Talbot also reported that the Packers Tennessee-Martin wide receiver Jeremy Butler in for a workout on Monday, which we previously noted here at Cheesehead TV last week.
Other players reported to be making pre-draft visits include North Dakota State quarterback Brock Jensen and offensive lineman Laurent Duvernay-Tardif of McGill University in Canada.

I'm really hopeful that Packers manage to land Laurent Duvernay-Tardif. It's fairly illogical of me, since there's not a ton known about him. But he's got size, strength, speed & smarts. Plus I heard an interview with him and he sounds pretty genuine, with a french-Canadian accent. Hoping he's still around in the 5th round, or so.
