Report: Jolly Graduates from Drug Treatment Program
From Chris Roth of WBAY-TV in Green Bay...
Johnny Jolly graduated from court-ordered drug treatment program in Houston today and will report to Packers. Even received a diploma

Jolly suggested on Twitter yesterday that he'll return to Green Bay on the 28th, presumably of May.

Seeing OTA practices wrapped up for the week on Wednesday and don't resume until next Tuesday following the Memorial Day weekend, it makes sense that he'll be present for the rest of the offseason starting next week.
The support shown from the Packers organization is refreshing. According to WBAY-TV sports producer Pat Mayo...
In attendance for @jjolly97 graduation from drug program were @alonzohighsmith and Rob Davis.

Highsmith and Davis are front-office executives within the Packers organization.
Jolly is expected to appear on a WBAY broadcast at 10:00 p.m. local time, per Roth.

Good for Johnny. Hopefully he'll get his life together.

Good for him. How sweet would it be if he came in rejuvenated and actually left the Pack no choice but to keep him? Longshot, but that would be pretty cool.

The Jolly Green Giant will return in a big way... PREDICTION!!

Was curious why he couldn't report yet. Figured it had something to do w/ his after care or probation. Glad he graduated and look forward to seeing him compete in GB. He could do wonders for the Packers D if he regains anything close to his former game.

Being a member of a 12 step program myself, I can honestly say if Jolly is sincere about what he's doing with his life, I have no doubt he can come back and turn things around. I think Johnny was a good enough football player 3 years ago where he comes in now, busts his ass, he could make a difference on this football team and the D-Line. Something/someone other than a judge has been watching out for you. Take advantage and while your at it kick some butt and help us win Lombardi Trophy number 5!!!!!!

Don't know you, but I'm proud of you.
I've lost my father and am close to losing my sister to addiction. Hearing success stories gives me hope for my sister.

It's great to see he's got his life going in the right direction.
And I'm really proud to see guys from the organization there to show Johnny that this is no small achievement, and that the Packers have his back as long as he's trying to do the right things.

Glad he's got the monkey off his back. Any recent numbers on JJs 40 time, 3 cone drill, or bench reps?

No more "Purple Draaaank" or" Sizzzurp" for Johnny!

I think it's really cool that there were Packers reps there for it. Bet that means a lot to Johnny

I agree, what a classy move by the Packers to be there with Jolly. The guy was immovable at DE, just rock solid, you could not run his side. Look for more batted balls at the line of scrimmage and a couple of kicks blocked as well (he and Datone Jones). The guy was never a problem in Green Bay and he gives the team the "enforcer type" they lacked especially with Bishop out all year.

I hope he succeeds in what ever he does even if it means he doesn't make the team. Its been a long long road and its doesn't end here. Its a life long struggle.
Best of luck.
