 GAME PREDICTIONS Week 10

Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions

Name Record   Pick Prediction
Nagler 6-2 Green Bay Packers 31-17
Matt Stafford and Megatron will do some damage, but the Packers should run away with this one in the second half. It won't be pretty early and that will give Packers fans and media plenty to bitch about this week, but Rodgers and company take care of business in this one.
Czech 6-2 Green Bay Packers 31-23
Packers win but do little to answer the many questions about their defense, o-line and offensive scheme
Bracco 6-2 Green Bay Packers 30-16
The Packers will find their groove, going out to a 30-6 lead before the Lions score some garbage time points. Never close.
Tallitsch 7-1 Green Bay Packers 32-17
Twitter and Facebook become readable again as the Packers cruise
Garda 6-2 Green Bay Packers 31-14
I am afraid to pick the Packers this week because they've let me down but man are the Lions a hot mess defensively. I can only hope the coaching staff has read Doug Farrar's piece at SI.com and expand the playbook again, getting back to a lot of the slants, outs and crossing routes that have sprung off big plays in the past. I know they miss Nelson, but at this point they cannot continue to play offense as they have. The Lions are 31 in overall DVOA per Football Outsiders, and are bad against the run as well as the pass. This should be a week to get going again
Behnke 6-2 Green Bay Packers 60-0
Packers roll.
Jennerjohn 7-1 Green Bay Packers 31-16
The Packers have looked dazed and confused the last two weeks. Good thing the hapless Lions come to Lambeau as a reprieve. The offensive line must improve.
Perone 7-1 Green Bay Packers 34-17
As the week has moved along, I've closed the gap from my original score prediction.  The Lions eventually have to win a game in Green Bay but this won't be the year they do it.  As many issues as the Packers appear to be dealing with right now, the Lions have more.  Matthew Stafford is not having his best season and the Packers defense will have some opportunities to improve over their last three games.  Statistically, neither team is playing very well on either side of the ball right now, but it's about points scored and the Packers will find more ways to get into the end zone.  This is the first of four-straight divisional games for Green Bay and they need to come out ready to seize the opportunity in front of them this next month.
Hodgson 7-1 Green Bay Packers 24-21
Packers win only because it's Lambeau and the Lions haven't won in Wisconsin since computers ran slower than 100 Mhz.
Snowden 6-2 Green Bay Packers 28-20
Packers are the better team and back at home. They should roll. But they've been so disjointed, have to prove they can just show up and play before I can see a bigger victory margin.
Albrecht 6-2 Green Bay Packers 31-13
The Packers so far this year Have shown that they are not a complete team. In addition they are banged up with 14 players showing up on the injured list. But the Lambeau Field crowd and an awful Lions team will contribute to a runaway victory. Look for the Packers to score early and often and pressure Matthew Stafford all day long.
Reuter 5-3 Green Bay Packers 35-24
I expect Randall Cobb to have a monster game as the Packers begin to figure out things on offense. I think the defense's potential inability to get off the field will be the only thing keeping this from being a game the Packers win handily. The Lions have a terrible offensive line and it is imperative that the pass rush not get shut down like it has the last two weeks. I also have a weird feeling that Ameer Abdullah is going to have a big game for the Lions and because of that this game ends up closer than it should. The Packers score late to secure the victory.
Olson 7-1 Green Bay Packers 31-17
After two ugly losses in a row on the road, the Packers should be able to bounce back and win pretty comfortably at home against the one-win Lions.
Hobbes 6-2 Green Bay Packers 35-10
The Lions are literally the worst team in football (ok SF is pretty bad too), but the Lions have the distinction of having the highest probability of picking 1st overall in next year draft.  Add that to a Packers squad looking for blood and at Lambeau with a home winning streak of 21 games and there's no chance for the Lions.
Strupp 5-3 Green Bay Packers 24-20
I just need to see some kind of life from this offense for 60 full minutes.
Kruse 6-2 Green Bay Packers 30-20
A visit from the 1-7 Lions, who haven't won in Wisconsin in forever, should help cure what ails the Packers.

If the Lions come to play they still have enough talent to make a game of it. Therefore, I am hoping to see the Packers play more physically and get back to winning at the LOS on both sides of the ball. Also, put the game in our best player's hands and let A. Rodgers pick the Lions apart. Play for 60 minutes. I like the Pack 34 - 20. Thanks, Since '61

I've said it before: the Lions are a dumpster fire right now, but even a dumpster fire can be dangerous coming off a bye. They will play hard, but the Packers win: 31-24.

Those predicting a blow out in this game are out of their freaking minds. Detroit has had a week of rest to dissect two games that displayed how to absolutely massacre our defense. We can't stop a #1 receiver to save our life and Megatron is one of the best in the NFL, if not "the best". Detroit running game will find holes in our porous run defense.

Packers 33
Detroit 30

On a lost minute FG from Crosby.
