Packers TE Brandon Bostick Says He's Having Surgery
Green Bay Packers tight end Brandon Bostick took to social media Friday morning to say he's undergoing "minor surgery":
Going In For Minor Surgery! It's Just A Little Tune Up! I'll Be Back Better Than I Left! Thanks For The Prayers #GoPackGo #BrokenNotBeaten

Presumably, he's having surgery on what's been described as an injured foot.
Bostick was injured during the Packers' most recent game at Dallas this past Sunday and did not return. He also missed the first two days of practice this week on Wednesday and Thursday.
What this means for Bostick's immediate future with the Packers is anyone's guess.
With just two weeks remaining in the regular season, the Packers might have little patience in waiting for Bostick to recuperate from surgery and could be placed on injured reserve.
If it is, indeed, minor, however, and his recovery time is no more than a few weeks, it's possible the Packers could continue carrying him on their roster.
Seven players must be inactive on game days and Bostick could certainly be one of them.

I like what I have seen from Bostick. He looks like he could have a bright future.
If the Packers were to make the playoffs, I hope he will be able to play then with whatever the surgery is.
