If that were the case, I'd say that I would have to finally throw my lot in with the Thompson bashers and call him a dumba$$. Such a move would be not worth it on so many levels. You lose a three year investment in Rodgers. You have to endure more psychological drama with Favre (can you imagine the 2009 offseason version of the retirement opera?) You lose all credibility with the team for flip-flopping yourself. To do anything other than 'stick with the future' at this point would be very damaging, I think. And now, back to my tequila.
