Not a good sign. Another #1 pick that seems to be injury prone.

You said it Archie. I thought it but you said it.
Now when do we hear Datone has a hangnail or something and Lacy caught the flu.

Ummm no, This isn't Ted's fault. The Safety position, which two years ago this Sunday became a huge issue and still is? That's Ted's fault. Joe McKnight, still a FA and Ross is still on this team, that's Ted's fault. You see FA is actually a option for a team as close to the Packers to shore up those obvious weak spots. Not rebuild, make better. Baltimore loses Ed Reed and they get Michael Huff. Denver needs a better O-Line and they go get two all pro O-Linemen AND Wes Welker, and god forbid the Lions need a RB and go get Reggie Bush. We'll see about this years draft but for a draft and develop team ONLY, you need to hit on more than one pick out of 10 like Ted did in the 2011 draft. Cobb is the only one worth a damn from that draft and we got Cobb because the Lions were the Lions and took Titus Young instead of Cobb (Thank God). There's 4 players remaining with this team from that draft, not the greatest of odds when FA isn't a option. Rodgers and his receivers and Matthews on defense can only do so much. Oh and Kerry Rhode is still available. He'd be relatively cheap and would be a HUGE upgrade over McMillan or Jennings. There's a reason McMillan wasn't even on most teams draft boards, he sucks!

The premise is fair, but I would avoid holding Michael Huff up as an example at all costs. He was so, so bad.

This is so utterly misinformed and yet a genuine attempt to be rational...I might even cry.

Crying? Try laughable you loser. In two pre seasons, a full season plus one game I think he has 1 sack to his name. He has missed more games than he played in and did nothing in the ones he played in. This is a number 1 pick by the great TT.

he wasn't highly regarded by football anyalyst prior to the draft. they had him late first at best and more likely a mid second round.
He played on a talented USC team and he wasn't one of the stars to be kind.

He and Worthy have something in common, they both like to take plays off, Worthy is bust O matic. Anyone thinking he will be something is delusional. He was rated third round pick and had issues attached to him

Actually you're wrong. I followed that draft pretty closely and out of dozens of mock drafts, Worthy was listed as high as a late first rounder, but mainly an early to mid second round pick. Worthy is another big man to plug in the middle. He is raw, and will continue to be after his injury, but his presence will be important.
