Packers Offering Four Free Football Camps This Summer

The Green Bay Packers announced Wednesday that the team will be sponsoring four free high school football camps at various locations across Wisconsin during the month of June.

According to the team website, the Packers will hold a camp in Chippewa Falls (June 11-12), Milwaukee (June 14-15), Green Bay (June 16-17) and Stevens Point (June 18-19).

Further details:

Camps are open to all players entering grades 9-12 for the 2012-13 school year, and will focus on character development and specific football-skills training by position. Participants will develop awareness of some of the necessary skills needed to become a successful collegiate student-athlete.  All participants are required to bring both their helmet and shoulder pads.

The camps are being put on as part of the NFL's High School Player Development program. More details can be found on the Packers website or at the above link.
