Do these guy f-in stretch? Seriously. I'm no NLF athlete, but I've been playing sports on a daily basis since I was ten and have never pulled a muscle. And I stretch before and after every instance.
Again, I'm not in the NFL, but this team seems to have an un-godly amount of muscle related injuries.
I'm staring to buy into the argument that our training staff is full of underachievers.

Fyi Point. He injured his hammy working out on his own after OTAs. Training staff were not there.Conspiracy theories be damned!

I was on the side of there is no way our training staff was in any way responsible for our recent history of offseason injuries. And then this offseason turned into an old re-run of ER and all of a sudden, I'm questioning what in the hell is going on out there.
Thanks for the clarification on Hayward's injury.
