The Packers continue their preparation for the Detroit Lions with their second of three practices this week.

Attention will be on tackle Chad Clifton who hasn't practiced in pads since injuring his hamstring in Week 5. Head coach Mike McCarthy called Thursday a "threshold day" for Clifton to get over if he is to return to game action.

McCarthy will have a press conference following practice, but his Thursday press conferences are not typically broadcasted live on the Packers website. They are, however, usually posted online later in the day.

McCarthy then has an interview aired nationally on satellite radio, Sirius NFL Radio, at 1:40 p.m. Central time.

In the local media, 1 on 1 With the Boys hosted by wide receiver James Jones airs on 101.1 WIXX in Green Bay from 5 to 6 p.m. Central time, which is streamed live.
