Packers Calendar: Pro Football Hall of Fame Game and Tailgate

Following Saturday evening's Family Night event at Lambeau Field, Green Bay Packers players have the day off after four consecutive days of practice.

While players are laying low, the football-watching world turns its attention to the first NFL game being played since Februray's Super Bowl.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame game—the first preseason game on the league's schedule—takes place Sunday evening between the New York Giants and Buffalo Bills.

Fans will be able to see former Packers coach Ben McAdoo in his new position as offensive coordinator of the Giants.

The game takes place at 7:00 p.m. CT at Fawcett Stadium in Canton, Oh., televised on NBC and wrapping up a week of activities, including last evening's induction ceremony.

For those in attendance in person, the official VIP NFL/Hall of FameTailgate Party takes place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. local time, featuring former Packers player and Hall of Famer James Lofton among other enshrinees.
