Packers Calendar: No Studio Audience for Mike McCarthy Show

The Mike McCarthy Show will be recorded in the Atrium Broadcast Center on Tuesday but will not have an audience.

The Packers have their weekly day off from practice on Tuesday, and the studio audience for the Mike McCarthy Show has the day off as well.

According to the team's official website, "Due to the pre-existing event in the Legends' Club, we have elected to move the Nov. 27 show taping to the Atrium Broadcast Center. There will not be an audience for this episode."

McCarthy's show, which typically airs on Tuesday evenings on a majority of the state's affiliates, has been pushed back to Wednesday, said host Lance Allan on Twitter.

Presumably, Packers Extra will still air on WGBA Ch. 26 at 5:00 p.m. in Green Bay.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers will make his weekly appearance on the ESPN Radio affiliate in Milwaukee, 540 AM WAUK, at 1:30 p.m. Central. Rodgers' interview can be streamed at the station's website.

Offensive lineman T.J. Lang will host Tundra Talk Live at 4:00 p.m. on 105.7 WAPL in Appleton, which is held live at Screamin' Head Buzz in Green Bay and can be streamed on the station's website.

Fellow offensive lineman Marshall Newhouse will be making a personal appearance at Festival Foods Supermarket in Neenah, Wis. at 5:00 p.m., presumably to sign autographs.

MM is a moron, no innovation what's so ever. Same crappy game planning ever week. Out coached every week. Bad in-game decisions. No adjustments.

Doing a live show without an audience seems pretty innovative to me.

Totally agree. He's been particularly out-coached in all the Packers' wins this season.

Let me guess what next week vs. the Vikings will look like...

-Jennings, Woodson, and Matthews still won't be playing.

-The first play of the Packers' first series will be a run for less than 3 yards.

-At least 3 times during the game the Packers will run for 2 or less yards on first down which will result in a second and long which will result in a pass play that comes up 2-3 yards short of a first which results on a 3rd and short which will allow for Rodgers to throw a deep incomplete pass... punt.

-At least 5 times during the game a Packer wide receiver/tight end will drop a 6-7 yard pass on first down which will result in a 2nd and 10. Packers will run for -1 or so yards. 3rd and long Rodgers will get pressured immediately. the result will be a Rodgers scramble for a first down or a sack.

-"Why on earth is walden lined up across from harvin in the slot?"

-Somewhere along the line the Packers will throw the ball on second and inches... and then have to do the same thing on third and inches.

-At least 10 times during the game all Packer receivers will be running routes of at least 12 yards... Rodgers will be get sacked on 3 of these plays.

-Starks will run his ass off for 3.2 yards a pop.

-At least 50 times during the game I will yell at my tv "Can everyone seriously be covered? Get rid of the f'n ball!"

-EDS will have a false start and a holding penalty.

-Allen will do 3 stupid hog-tie things after sacks (on one of the sacks he will get past Newhouse without Newhouse even touching him.

-Crosby will miss a field goal.

-Peterson will break approximately 76 tackle attempts.

-There will be 12 occurrences during the game where a Packer defender decides to let one of his teammates make the tackle instead of sticking his nose in.

-Hayward will get a pick.

-Hawk will not. Nor will Hawk do any of the following... record a sack, make a tackle behind the line of scrimmage, cause a fumble, or recover a fumble.

-Hawk WILL make at least one tackle where he hugs the ball carrier and then falls on his own back pulling the ball carrier down on top of him (what the hell is that?).

-Finley will drop a pass and then look around like he can't believe he dropped a pass (again).

-Cobb will do something amazing.

-Cobb will also bring a ball out from 9 yards deep in the end zone and make 2-3 awesome moves just to get to the 14.

-I won't even be able to tell if the following players even suited up for the game... saturday, sitton, driver, worthy, neal, zombo, walden, williams.

-Through all of this, the Packers will be up 10 sometime in the 4th quarter. At which time Peterson will run for a touchdown of 40 plus yards.

-With less than 5 minutes left and the Packers up by 3 with the ball, McCarthy will decide that it's time to run Kuhn up the middle three times.

-The defense will have to win the game with a stop.

How it ends I have no idea.

Oh cool! Now I don't need to watch...

You know, you could do this for each of the 32 teams don't you? It isn't nearly as clever as you might think.

Actually, I played this matchup on Madden. The Packers will win and win big. Book it.

If this happens, then you are a prophet. If not, then you are overly pessimistic and need to mellow out.

That's unfair. You've been studying MM's playbook.
Funny, I was just as down on this guy the year they won the SB. I figured the players actually played better than he coached that year and made up for it because, quite honestly, I thought they would cough it up in the playoffs due to his crazy play calling.

Dude, we have a Super Bowl winning head coach. And, I'm fairly certain that there aren't many guys out there that could do a better job.
