Packers Calendar: NFL Network Reports from Training Camp

Steve Wyche will be reporting for Inside Training Camp Live starting at 9:00 a.m. CT.

The Green Bay Packers hit the practice field one final time on Friday before this weekend's annual Family Night event inside Lambeau Field.

Practice takes place at 8:20 a.m. at Ray Nitschke Field, which is free and open to the public.

Those that cannot attend practice in person may want to watch the NFL Network's Inside Training Camp Live starting at 9:00 a.m. CT and will feature Steve Wyche reporting live from Green Bay on Friday.

Fans will be waiting to see if a couple players that haven't practiced yet return: defensive linemen Jerel Worthy (back) and Letroy Guion (hamstring) and wide receiver Jeff Janis (illness).

There's no guarantee any of these players return in time for Friday, but Worthy did hint that he'll be back shortly and head coach Mike McCarthy said Janis will return "sooner than later."

McCarthy will give his daily briefing with reporters following practice to be streamed live at Packers.com at approximately 11:00 a.m. CT.

As part of the daily features the Packers are implementing for fans at practice this season, Friday will feature a display by Verizon.

According to the Packers official website, "Verizon will be handing out a variety of giveaways and fans can enter-to-win Packers autographed items."

The forecast looks good for practice with mostly sunny skies and a temperature of 61 degrees at the beginning of the day's session, rising to 73 at the end and no chance of precipitation in the a.m. hours.

Finally on Friday, the Packers are reportedly planning an unveiling of a "Lambeau Leap" statue, for which the founder of said Leap will be present: former Packers safety LeRoy Butler:
