Packers Calendar: New Time for Aaron Rodgers' Radio Show

Because the Packers play on a Thursday this week, Tuesdays with Aaron will air at 4:30 p.m. CT.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers reached a national audience last week when he told fans to "R.E.L.A.X.," actually going so far as to spell it out on his weekly radio show.

He then backed it up with a masterful performance against the Bears, throwing for over 300 yards, four touchdowns and not turning the ball over, getting the Packers back to .500 with a 2-2 record.

If fans want to hear what the Packers quarterback has to say this week, they'll have to tune in at a new time.

Because the Packers are preparing to face the Minnesota Vikings in a Thursday night game, Tuesdays with Aaron can be heard at 4:30 p.m. CT on the ESPN Radio affiliate in Milwaukee, 540 AM, and replayed at 6:00 p.m. It will also be streamed on ESPNWisconsin.com.

Typically, Tuesdays are the players' day off, but they'll be forced to continue preparations for the Vikings under a condensed schedule.

Following practice, the Packers will release their daily injury report and head coach Mike McCarthy will hold a press conference with reporters, which will be streamed at roughly 1:35 p.m. on Packers.com.

It will be worth watching whether a trio of players will be able to return to action after being listed as "did not practice" in an appoximation on Monday's injury report. Those players were wide receiver Jarrett Boykin, defensive lineman Josh Boyd and linebacker Sam Barrington.

Linebackers Clay Matthews and Brad Jones were also listed as "limited" participants yesterday.

In the evening, the Mike McCarthy Show will air on five affiliates across the Midwest with player guest Randall Cobb joining the Packers coach. The show starts at 6:30 p.m., including TMJ4 in Milwaukee and NBC26 in Green Bay.

Finally, the Locker Room will air at 6:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday on WFRV Ch. 5 in Green Bay with guest linebacker Jamari Lattimore, according to the station's website.

The Locker Room broadcasts live from Purcell's Lounge inside the Radisson in front of a live audience.
