Packers Calendar: Free High School Football Camp in Milwaukee

The Packers and the NFL are sponsoring a High School Development Camp in Milwaukee on Thursday.

Organized Team Activities continue in Green Bay on Thursday, its penultimate day. On Friday, the offseason program will come to a close.

The Packers will practice on Thursday, but it will be held behind closed doors and won't be open to either the public or the media.

Over in Milwaukee, the Packers and the NFL are sponsoring a free High School Development Camp at Wisconsin Lutheran College from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. local time.

Another camp will be held at Chippewa Falls High School in Wisconsin, although it is already in its second of two days.

According to the Packers official website:

High School Player Development (HSPD) is a FREE camp that provides incoming high school freshman through seniors a program that focuses on character development and specific football skills training by position. Through the program, each participant will gain full awareness of what is necessary to become a successful collegiate student-athlete.

Additionally, 12 players from each camp will be selected to play in Green Bay's regional 7-on-7 Tournament held June 22 at the Don Hutson Center.

If attending, athletes need to bring required equipment and fill out forms that can be found online here.
