Packers Calendar: Cobb Tests Ankle on Friday
Wide receiver Randall Cobb will test his ankle on Friday to see if he'll be able to play against the Vikings.
The Packers return to practice for the final time this week on Friday in preparation for their game on Sunday at the Minnesota Vikings.
The most highly-anticipated event of the day might be when wide receiver Randall Cobb tests his ankle to see if he's ready to play.
Cobb originally hurt his ankle in this past Sunday against the Titans. He's done very little all week to give it some rest but will put it to the test on Friday.
McCarthy will hold a press conference following practice that will be streamed live on the team's official website at 12:30 p.m.
The Packers will also release their final injury report for the week on Friday, and the one other player whose status is still up in the air is offensive lineman Josh Sitton. Sitton suffered a concussion and has been no more than a limited participant at practice so far this week.
