Packers Calendar: Atrium Changes Revealed Tuesday

The Packers Hall of Fame, Pro Shop and Curly's Pub are expected to be relocated, at least partially, in changes made to the Lambeau Field atrium.

The Packers continue with an atypical practice schedule due to playing on a Saturday for the second week in a row.

After a day off on Monday, they return to practice late Tuesday afternoon. Following practice head coach Mike McCarthy  will hold a press conference to be broadcasted live at 4:55 p.m. CT on the team's official website.

The Packers don't necessarily have to release injury information on Tuesday, however, so the status of players like wide receiver Jordy Nelson and tight end Jermichael Finley––who exited Saturday's game with injuries––may have to wait for another day.

Apart from what's happening on the field, the Packers are expected to reveal renovations to be made to the Lambeau Field atrium on Tuesday during a special meeting of the Green Bay/Brown County Professional Football Stadium District, according to Richard Ryman of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

"Team representatives had suggested a number of conceptual possibilities, including adding a second tower to the Lombardi Avenue face of the atrium," writes Ryman. "That appears to be off the books now, but moving the Packers Hall of Fame from the basement to a more visible location remains part of the plan, as does finding more space and a better flow for the Pro Shop and moving Curly’s Pub."

No time has been reported for when changes are expected to be announced.

The weekly Aaron Rodgers interview on the ESPN Radio affiliate in Milwaukee has been postponed due to the atypical schedule, according to the station's Twitter feed. Rodgers will reportedly appear on Thursday instead.

This evening the Mike McCarthy Show will air on most of the state's affiliates on the Packers Television Network at 6:30 p.m. Central time, including locally on NBC's WGBA Ch. 26.

Before the Mike McCarthy ShowPackers Extra will also air on WGBA at 5:00 p.m.

And offensive lineman T.J. Lang will host Tundra Talk Live at 4:00 p.m. on 105.7 WAPL in Appleton, which is held live at Screamin' Head Buzz in Green Bay and can be streamed on the station's website.
