Green Bay Area to Lose Don Beebe's House of Speed Franchise Affiliation

No longer will the greater Green Bay area have a Don Beebe House of Speed franchise, according to a report by Richard Ryman of the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

The sports-performance training business located in Ashwaubenon will change its name to Synergy Sports effective Apr. 1.

According to Ryman:

Synergy Sports/House of Speed operates an indoor, 14,000-square-foot turf field. It will continue to offer sports performance-based training, field/turf rentals, corrective exercise, massage, community education and physical therapy. (Owner Scotty) Smith said dropping the franchise fee might allow them to offer other services as well.

Beebe played for the Packers in 1996 and 1997 and was a member of the team's Super Bowl XXXI team.

Several Packers players have used the facility for training, including Bryan Bulaga and Mike Neal.
