The #Packers are asking people to leave the stands because of the potential of lightning at Lambeau Field. Practice will be delayed.

Rep to remember: #Packers rook Malchi Dupre beats CB LaDarius Gunter, catches bomb from Aaron Rodgers down left side. That'll make QB happy.

Packers open with Davon House and Quinten Rollins at cornerback in what is essentially base D with Burnett at ILB

In team drill, Rodgers hits Kendricks deep down the middle with the blitz bearing down on him.
— Tom Silverstein (@TomSilverstein) August 6, 2017
Really nice job by Aaron Jones in pass pro coming across the formation to pick up the blitz.
— Aaron Nagler (@AaronNagler) August 6, 2017
Hundley with a nice throw deep to TE Richard Rodgers, who got behind S Marwin Evans. Big gain in team reps. #Packers

Lotta Family Night left. https://t.co/HvTGA3phaI

#Packers open team drill with Reggie Gilbert covering Davante Adams in the slot. That's ... not ideal.
— Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) August 6, 2017
Montgomery showing what he can do when he motions out from the backfield. Gets Martinez in coverage and smokes him.
— Tom Silverstein (@TomSilverstein) August 6, 2017
Lowry all up in Hundley's business and Jake Ryan picks it off #PackersCamp
— Wes Hodkiewicz (@WesHod) August 6, 2017
Reggie Gilbert, getting more reps with the 1's, beat #Packers LT David Bakhtiari and forces a hold. That'll get him noticed.
— Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) August 6, 2017
Clay Matthews deflects a pass from Aaron Rodgers and immediately starts talking trash in the QB's direction. #Packers
— Michael Cohen (@Michael_Cohen13) August 6, 2017
It's been a nice practice for TE Richard Rodgers. He's got at least three catches in team reps. Getting open quite a bit. #Packers
— Michael Cohen (@Michael_Cohen13) August 6, 2017
Good coverage from #Packers rook Kevin King, blanketing Malachi Dupre on a comeback and forcing Brett Hundley incomplete on left sideline.
— Ryan Wood (@ByRyanWood) August 6, 2017
There have been so many bad pre-snap penalties tonight. Sloppy affair.
— Aaron Nagler (@AaronNagler) August 6, 2017
Kenny Clark strips the ball from Aaron Ripkowski in team reps. Fumble recovered by Clay Matthews. #Packers
— Michael Cohen (@Michael_Cohen13) August 6, 2017
Aaron Peck with the Lambeau Leap. TD pass from Hundley up the seam for the "winning" two-minute drill.

It was painful watching Crosby miss that many. Made 1 out of last 7 tries. Ouch.! He's been so consistent since that bad slump a few years ago. Hope this doesn't mean anything. TEs look good!

There was at least one high snap in the punt drill. View wasn't good enough for me at least to form any opinion on the field goal tries.
Clark may have hit Rip, but Rip never got secured the handoff. I don't know if the fumble should be credited to AR or to Rip. I am leaning towards AR.
Vogel always seems to have one subpar punt in each set. Out of 4 punts for distance, one went 41 yards but with just 3.42 seconds of hang time. That is made to be returned. His aussie punts were good again.
Lowry with 3 pressures and forced a hold that drew a flag. Beat Bulaga on one of them. Also disrupted some run plays. Looks real good.
KO Unit: Rollins, Janis, Gunter, Elliott, M. Evans, Crosby, Martinez, Fackrell, Jones (J or A?), Tripp (he's on four ST units) and Brice.

Looks like the Packers may have finally found a decent 5-Tech DL in Lowry. Keep reading good things about him.

Overall family night sounds pretty good with plays made by both the offense and the defense. Not surprised to hear Gunther gets beat deep again. Chuck him before it counts. Who is doing the long snaps? Did they affect Crosby's FG attempts. Is Vogel putting the ball down correctly? Not a good night for Crosby. Good not to hear about any injuries. Thanks, Since '61

Was Vogel the only holder or were others tried as a holder?
