If you were looking for a positive from the whole NFL lockout, I think we found one. Past customers know that last year's cover price was $12.99. Because of the lockout, the unknown players that would be on the Packers' roster because of the delay in free agency and the uncertain schedule, we didn't think it would be right to charge fans the same price this year.
Because of the lockout, we took out a few pages from the schedule and roster analysis part of the magazine, and are charging less than $10 for this year's issue instead.
Everything you love about Maple Street Press is still the same, however. Whereas some season preview magazines will only have a handful of pages on your favorite team, we have 112 advertising-free pages of 100% Packers content!
The Maple Street Press 2011 Packers Annual won't hit newsstands until the start of training camp later this week, but copies can be ordered online now.

Got this last year and am getting it again this year. Excellent preview magazine and would highly recommend it. Didn't need to buy another preview magazine after this. Even more telling than my comment - I still would have bought it this year even without the discount.

Really looking forward to getting my copy again this year. I read last year's copy cover to cover and kept it with me as I watched all the games. Brian: How widely will it be distributed in newsstands? Will I be able to find it in the Twin Cities or is my best bet ordering it?

Good question. It's distributed pretty widely across Wisconsin, but I guess I can't make a guarantee it will make it across the border. You might just want to buy it. If you order now, you'd probably get it before it hits shelves anyway.
