Those who have the Pack by 7+ haven't been following the team very closely this season. They're 2-7 over the last two months even though they were favored in at least 5 of those games. They have managed two good 4th quarters to pull come from behind wins against Dallas and Chicago. That's it.

The Rams are having a down year, too, but they did win the Super Bowl last February. I think they feel it was worth it. They can't be dismissed. They've played most of their games competitively and close. They're a lot closer to the Packers than some suppose.

Baker Mayfield is a wild card in this one. He's playing for his career and has nothing to lose in going out to make plays. Last year with Cleveland he threw 4 ints but he could come up with 2 or 3 td's tonight against the Green Bay defense this time.

We haven't seen the Packers play a complete, balanced game all season yet. And that's what it's going to take to win the remaining games of this season. As far as I'm concerned this one is a "show us" game that they can really put it all together for a push.

I fear, though, it will be as it has been all year. I think the Pack will manage to win but in another "herky jerky" performance. They may start strong then hold on for nail-biter finish or need another final quarter burst to pull ahead or come from behind.
