Everyone keeps commenting that this team is loaded with talent... Did you ever think maybe there not that talented....? Maybe there just average at best....? Again poor drafting and poor free agent acquisitions. Start firing personnel at the top and work your way down... This problem is a lot deeper then the QB and WR... FIRE GUTE...!!!!!
