Cow, you suck more than the current WR play of the packers yesterday. Aaron is right, you have no legs to stand on. Oh yeah, how's your buddy clowney doing in the nfl? Yeah, I thought so. You only show up to try and rub salt in the wounds and when all is well you ain't got shit to contribute. You are a faceless coward that enjoys kicking people on the ground. Assbag.

You know what else Cow proclaimed in all his wisdom?

That Colin Kaepernick was clearly the new breed of quarterback and that the 49ers had obviously overtaken the Packers as an organization.

Bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahh.

Sorry, sorry, wait.

Bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.

Ok, ok, sorry. *wipes tears away*

Just another example of what a prisoner of the moment you are Cow and how you have zero credibility when it comes to the long term of this or any other football team.

It's also telling that you chose today to make your "triumphant" return.

You are the worst kind of loser Cow.

Anyone know where I could get a 2012 NFC North Title sweatshirt? That was the glorious year we edged out the Christian Ponder QBed Vikes who were coached by the immortal Les Frazier before getting slaughtered in SF when Colin K ran for a record number of yards.

I'd trade ya my 2013 NFC North Title flat bill, from the year we went 8-7-1 and WON the division and then lost again right away in the playoffs.

NFC North Titles, whoopee. Does anyone care the Pack didn't win the NFC North in 2010 and had to "settle" for the Super Bowl victory?

No Cow, it's how you went bout it. You come here when the team is obviously down and playing like the 2013 Texans, well maybe not that bad but you know what I mean. I find a man who doesn't keep his word isn't a man at all. You sit behind a screen and throw insults about the team we all love. You're not a fan of the Packers and if you say you are then you're a Liar!

You said it yourself, this is the same team that blew it with 5 minutes left in last years NFCCG. Have you ever thought maybe just maybe this is what happens to a team that blows a chance like that? Maybe just maybe the coach of that team, one that's been here 10 years isn't viewed by his players as the guy that can get them there anymore. 10 years is a long time in this business and McCarthy is sounding like a broken record to me, imagine what it's like for Matthews, Rodgers, Raji, Cobb, and others that have been here a while. The same thing is happeneing in Seattle. The Seahawks are struggling too. Maybe change HAS to happen.

The NFL is devised to go in cycles. They don't want the NFL of the 60's, 70's, 80's and early 90's where the same team dominates. They want the product that's on the field now, where the Carolina's of the NFL can go from 8-7-1 to undeafeated so far this season and be a possible SB winner.

One thing is for sure and you KNOW this to be true, you have to have a QB. Rodgers STILL has a rating over 100, his TD passes are 5 or 6 to 1 over his INT's. The Packers have spent most of their top picks on defense that last few years and it shows on offense. The Packers will play the Texans in 2016, make sure your ass is here the Monday after that too. The Packers have the Talent to win, EVERYBODY knows that but change's have to be made and I believe are coming.

I wouldn't be surprised a bit if Murphy cleans house this season including TT. Thompson has won one SB in 10 years of having Favre and Rodgers. I don't give a damn what anyone says, that's not acceptable, not having those 2 leading your team. Maybe Jon Schneider will be back in Green Bay. Maybe Elliot Wolfe is the new GM before the Lions grab him, but somethings going to change, it has too.

Right you are as usual IF. Another thing I have to deal with is bandwagon jumping fans of the teams that are beating us. I even have a Vikings fan who can't name 3 people on the team but who thinks last week was a fluke and is saying the Bears totally dominated us. Also a Bears fan that says last night proves we've been overrated for decades. Where do these guys come from.

Like the broken clock, there are plenty of people who will be right occasionally for all the wrong reasons. Then they'll let you hear about it. F them.

Guys, relax. Yes, Cow is here to stir the pot with overly negative commentary, he admitted this several years ago at the end of the season. However, if I remember correctly, he is doing it because he feels that it brings the Packers good luck. Maybe he is right. In any case no need to take his comments so personally.

The Good: Jeff Janis, Mason Crosby, Datone Jones, Running Game
The Bad: Offensive coaching/play calling, Nate Palmer, JC Tretter
The Ugly: Davante Adams, last 4 plays and the officiating.

Bottom line: Terrible loss with no excuses for it!

Adjustments are made all the time.

You know why you see QB's and WRs and DBs and LBs- well, just about everybody- come off the field and get handed snapshots (or Surface tablets now, I guess)?

The coaches are showing the players what the opponent is doing to them, what they're doing wrong or right, and telling the players how they need to adjust what they're doing to counteract it.

This isn't directed at you specifically, but I get really, really tired of hearing about 'no in game adjustments' from so many fans. Most fans wouldn't have any idea if an adjustment came up and bit them in the ass.

You want different play calls. I get it. But let's all stop with the absoluteness of 'they make NO in game adjustments'. It's silly.

Aaron can try to put the blame on Davante all he wants, but these WR didn't all start playing badly in week 8. They're not playing any different than they were when we were undefeated. Aaron is.

Davante had a rough game, but him, Cobb and James Jones ALL dropped TDs today. And btw, Davante's been better than Cobb the past 5 weeks.

Aaron needs to take a long hard look in the mirror.

The receivers are awful. Adams should be waived before end of business today. James Jones was running the plays at practice speed, not game speed, and should be benched. Cobb, hit or miss. I watched the game with a HS coach and he said his receivers have more football awareness than GB's. They run their routes and stop. The receivers coach should be gone.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Rodgers apologist, he looked more like Cutler than Cutler did. I was hoping Favre would come out of the stands and save the day. At least he would bring some energy to the field.

I was at a packer game and this ahole not unlike you was full of negativity so I turned around and told him what I thought. As I turned back I saw a kid sitting there and I apologized to his father for my language. I got a head nod from the father and they moved. I assume they didn't leave. Good

Run game. Yeah there was a fumble but on a night when nothing else went right for the offense the run game (screens included) was literally the only thing going well.

Jeff Janis. We have a kick returner!

Bad

Coaching Staff. The offense is lost and no one seems to be doing a thing about it as it gets worse each week. Their stubbornness in not designing some plays for the receivers they have instead of the receivers they wish they had is why we seem to be drowning instead of treading water. Fundamental football skills have disappeared and there is also very little effort or passion being displayed. The players have lost confidence in their leaders. The sense of urgency to do something has never been higher and yet I have little hope something will get done.

Ugly

Pass Offense. These receivers can't catch a cold let alone a football. Rodgers and his guys aren't even in the same book let alone on the same page. No excuse for that this late in the year. I cannot remember seeing such regression in a unit week to week in a long time.

Too many bad football players left on the field. Too many obsolete concepts stubbornly clung too.

It's actually quite simple. MM moved to full time Head Coach to watch for these sorts of things. If he won't do anything about them he might as well go back to calling the plays.

Did anyone listen to his press conference? "You won't notice anything different. It's the little things" Of course it is the little things like "catching the football". But our receivers can't get open! On the last play - Adams was basically standing still for seconds. Even the announcers immediately said you have to come back to the ball. It seems like the receivers are simply "not good" enough times, only occassionally. And that only works when #12 is playing like an MVP and he is certainly NOT this year.

None of these WR are any different than they were when we were 6-0. Aaron suddenly can't hit the side of a barn, though.

He's also throwing off his back foot and not using proper mechanics, which may account for all the drops. If it was just one WR, then maybe we could blame him, but this goes across all of them.

Sick of all this Davante scapegoating. Compare him to Cobb over the last 5 games.

We've been hearing fans arguing who to blame most, receivers, QB, Oline, RBs, run game, pass game, special teams, dline, dbacks, rushers, ILBs, alternating all year. Even when we won, it was poor football. I"ve said this consistently since the first game.
The coaches haven't prepared this team all year. I'll say it in a different way, the Packers are a poorly prepared team each and every week. When nearly all individuals have performed so erratically (and usually below average), then MM has to bear responsibility for such widespread dysfunction.

It would have been a tough catch. But where's the 42 inch vertical? And of course he so mishandled the opportunity with the ball skidding off his hands and going twenty yards back, there was no chance for a deflection to another or for him to have knocked it back to himself.

It was definitely more on ARod, but why do I get the feeling the elite receivers on other teams would have either made the catch or made it closer. With Adams there was no chance once it left ARods hand.

Not enough jet protection with a molly handle.
Not enough layering of the defense.
While I ponder the results leaving me weak and weary once more upon a midnight dreary I find myself searching for improved results while being largely unable to explain the reasons or causative factors that play into the myriad problems and challenges faced by the green and gold and their faithful, I am still thankful for family and security as the overriding factor of the day was not success or failure on the gridiron or proverbial field of battle but rather, what happy and successful lives we all pursue but hopefully do not take for granted.

"I love this team!!" ---- What's wrong? --- Too hard to say anymore.

On another note: --- Like it or not. It's almost a given that the Pack will be in the playoffs. --- Any NFC team with a winning record will be in the playoffs. -- Win 2 more games and the Pack will extend their season easily. -- The 2015 nightmare isn't ending anytime soon.

One of the many things that drives me crazy now, is why do we continue to throw deep. Now we not only waste time outs but plays as well. There is noone who can get deep to catch the ball and now every game Rodgers heaves a pass that is not even close. Never ever thought I would see him look like a below average QB with a lousy arm foolishly trying to make a big play.

Oh I forgot to say earlier. As soon as I saw the weather I knew it would be ugly. What's better for a group of wrs with the dropsies than a freaking cold monsoon.

No kidding. Ground game netting 5+ yards per carry? Nah, keep throwing the ball to guys who either can't get open or catch the damn ball.

Well bench him at least. There needs to be some accountability for all the drops, and Rodgers targeting him half the time isn't it.

No, they won't do that because they would have to play Janis and I think Rogers hates Janis and politiced against the guy. Has to be a reason they wont use his 6'3 height and add speed to the receiving core over a slow and untalented Adams? Go figure

How's that fat Eddie Lacy working out for you dipsh*t? Looked real out of shape the last two games didn't he?

Let's guess your dimensions: I'm thinking 5'9", 285 lbs. is about right. Go insult someone's appearance somewhere else.

Clements has got to go ASAP. Packers were getting 5 and 6 yards a pop running the ball. Adjustments nowhere to be found. Terrible loss

Lacys fumble cost the Pack 7 points. Tretters bad snap cost at least 3 points. Dropped passes cost a lot more then that. Receivers not running routes correctly, which in turn look like bad passes should not be happening this late in the year.

Can someone tell Tim (Masthay) that he is left footed?

You can't convince me the same play caller from last week was at the reins this week.

From last weeks WR fake reverses, quick slants, and deep slants, to this weeks predictable 5 yard curls. Eh

Look, reality is this is an 8-8 team. They got lucky early and played teams that failed to take advantage of our horrid pass d.
1. Pass defense is horrid. Bears defenders were there all night knocking the ball out. Our defenders, playing five yards back and I see do not have the wildest idea what Ha Ha does.
2. Running game is ok but ah, this is a passing league like for 15 years now. Can't win running.
3. O line is hurt. Give them that. They are not the same O line as last year, play wise.
4. Rogers? He is a guy who can pass sharpely to the open man, or receiver racing down the sideline. When teams go man coverage, he is less than average and he's looked it the past several weeks.
Right now I cannot see this team beating the Lions. They have dramatically improved their play on defense and offense recently.
As someone else posted, where's the skills players on this team?
Amazing how Datone is lighting it up in his contract year but the three years prior he was a bust. Hopefully they let him go.

If you had more brains than your brother Cow (pretty easy since he has none), you would know that Datone is following the same development path as at UCLA. However, your AR comment proves that you're not only classless (which we already knew), but also clueless.

Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life son. Just look at Cow.

Is anyone as curious as I am as to why Adams gets targeted so much?

I think it was after the Rams game when Rodgers was asked about Janis and said something about getting Davante back and his "quick twitch" receiver ability or some such rot. I'd sure like to see it.

He has been targeted a ton of times since he's been back with little to show for it. Mostly I see him begging for flags. 4th down throw could have been better but could have been caught. Also some movement by the receiver might have helped.

Anyone else wonder why a one cut timing slant wasn't even tried in the last 4 cracks we had at the end zone to win the frigging game?

To those criticizing the D, I'm not saying they are world beaters but did more than enough for us to win the last 2 home losses and were outstanding in the win at Minny. This is an O problem, clear and simple.

Good: Datone Jones
Bad: Davante Adams
Ugly: 40/120 of the comments on this thread being from Cow/Stadola.

Hey Cowpie, wanna make another bet?

Who is reading the schedule to you? Can't be one of your kids, unless perhaps their mother is human. She must have been a prositute, no one would have sex with you without payment.

I'm way late to the articles and comments, and I'm sure many may have already pointed this out, but: I knew we were in for a long night when we went for 4th and two, from midfield on our opening drive. I mean, good grief, in that weather, with every prediction for it to last all game, IT'S GOING TO BE A FIELD POSITION GAME ALL NIGHT! Punt the damn ball!

Donald Trumps,

Would you consider applying for the position of President of the Green Bay Packers if you fail to win the GOP nomination? We need you to clean things up! It might take Melania some time to warm up to living in northern Wisconsin, but she would class the town up. Hey, maybe she could open a Bergdorf's in the new Titletown District.
